Irrigation hydrants for agriculture

An irrigation hydrant is a key element of the irrigation network. It is the point of distribution of water from pressurized collective networks.

In general, the irrigation hydrant provides the following functions:

  • Establish or interrupt the water supply without water hammer.
  • Ensure the connection of irrigation equipment
  • Counting distributed volumes
  • Regulating the downstream pressure
  • Limiting the flow of water intakes

Interhydro offers irrigation kiosks by intervening on several projects such as in Rwanda.
