AVIO® and AVIS® automatic valves

The AVIO® and AVIS® gates are valves that regulate a constant downstream level in basins and canals.

They regulate the water level independently of their opening, the upstream water level and the flow rate.

These valves are divided into two groups:

• AVIO® valves for loaded orifices.

• AVIS® valves for surface openings.

Characteristics of AVIO® and AVIS® Valves

These valves can be installed :

• for downstream control of irrigation networks...

• for water intakes and constant flow return structures

• at the head of the channel banks, for level adjustment

The main characteristics of these valves are :

• the absence of any auxiliary transmission

• excellent accuracy and sensitivity of the set level, depending on the adjustment and balancing of the device

• bottom flow of solid deposits

• fixed set level (no variations possible)

Construction :  

AVIO® and AVIS® valves are made of sheet metal, tubes and steel profiles assembled by welding.
